A dedicated meeting co-coordinator will welcome guests on arrival.

Hi Charlotte! The meeting room was very good to allocate us. The technical equipment was also very good too, and we could hold our hybrid meetings as planned. The catering was good too. Both coffee, tea and biscuits; and also the catering served at 2pm. We're not so used to the sort of soft drinks you have here, so we had to ask for some water.
