The Winthrop meeting room is bathed in natural daylight and superbly-equipped with a huge Aptera '74 wall-mounted protector screen, small podium, fast reliable WI-FI, whiteboard and filtered water all included.

The spacious meeting room is ideal for large board meetings, team meetings, off-site meetings, training seminars, hybrid meetings, training workshops, A.G.M.'s and large conferences.

The stylish meeting room as the capacity to hold up to 100 guests in theatre style, 40 guests in boardroom style, 30 guests in cabaret (rectangle-tables) style & 32 guests in horseshoe seating. Classroom seating is also accommodated!

From our A.V. options list, Zoom, Teams & virtual video-conferencing calls are also possible via the latest Logitech conferencing system for a seamless connection. Microphone & speakers can also be selected.

A dedicated meeting co-coordinator will welcome guests on arrival. 

Conveniently located near major transport links, our Covent Garden venue is set amidst the bustling, eclectic heart of London’s Covent Garden, buzzing with the excitement of opera and theatre land and only a short walk away from Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road, Holborn and Leicester Square tube stations
