The Alliance Video Conferencing suite is a short stroll from Covent Garden and the bustling streets of Aldwych and Holborn. 

The video conferencing suite is available to hire throughout the day, with reduced rates for half-day and full-day sessions. The I.P. LifeSize Express system is compatible with any Video Conference system in the world! 600mb bandwidth is super-fast and awesome! Laptop screen-sharing via HDMI or VGA cables are also included.

Our ever-popular video conferencing service offers a cost-effective alternative to inconvenient and stressful travel, making it less expensive to conduct face-to-face Meetings, Legal Depositions or Job Interviews via the 40' HD colour screen.

The Video Conference venue operates a flawless service for connections over the world and is manned by dedicated support staff that will welcome you warmly before directing you to the state-of-the-art VC suite.

Refreshments and catering can also be provided by our in-house kitchen staff.
